Are your products guaranteed authentic?
eliteUSA only deals with new and authentic luxury products. We have never dealt with second hand, or non-authentic products in the past, and do not plan on doing so in the future. All of our products come with the original receipt, and original certificate (when applicable). Our growth for the past 6 years has been through our excellent reputation and word of mouth.
How can I place an order?

How do I make payment?
Once we confirm availability of your product, we will email you an invoice with two payment options:

  • Direct credit card payment link
  • Wire transfer
  • Knet (for Kuwait clients)

Please note that credit card payments are marked paid immediately once payment is made. Wire transfers on the other hand can take up to 3 business days for us to receive and mark as paid.

When will I receive my order?
Once we receive your payment, it takes us up to 5 business days to process the order and get it shipped out. When an order has been shipped out, you will be receiving an email with the tracking number of your order. On average, orders take 2-3 business days before they are delivered.
Can I return/exchange what I received?
Because of the nature of our service, we only purchase items that are confirmed by our clients. And in most cases, returns for reasons other than wrong item or wrong size are not allowed. In either case, we will work with our clients to provide the best service possible.
What if I don’t receive my product in the mail?
Clients are not responsible for items that are not delivered to them, and eliteUSA carries all risk until the item is delivered.
Do you accept deposits and partial payments?
This depends on the value and type of product. Partial payment are accepted on a case by case basis.
