Shopping Agent – Paris (Full-Time / Part-Time)
Location: Paris, France
We’re seeking a passionate and style-savvy Shopping Agent based in Paris to join the eliteUSA team. As part of our fashion sourcing network, you’ll play a key role in curating high-demand pieces directly from the fashion capital of the world and bringing unique, trend-forward items to our global clientele.
Key Responsibilities
- Source products in-store: Visit boutiques, department stores, pop-ups, and exclusive local retailers to find in-demand and hard-to-access pieces (clothing, footwear, accessories, etc.).
- Curate and photograph inventory: Take high-quality, well-lit photos that clearly showcase product details, with a creative touch that aligns with our brand’s aesthetic.
- Stay ahead of trends: Monitor fashion trends, seasonal releases, and buzzworthy brands to identify what’s hot and what’s next.
- Build vendor relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with store staff and boutique owners to get early access or insider tips on upcoming stock.
- Coordinate purchases and deliveries: Ensure timely and accurate purchasing, with proper documentation and packaging for shipping to our fulfillment teams.
- Report and communicate: Provide regular updates with product availability, pricing, photos, and trend insights to our buying team.
What We’re Looking For
- A fashion lover with a strong personal sense of style and an eye for what’s trending
- Experience in retail, personal shopping, styling, or fashion buying is a plus
- Detail-oriented and organized — able to manage purchases, receipts, and communication efficiently
- Creative mindset — can think visually and knows how to present items in a compelling way through photography
- Reliable and punctual — you manage time well and are responsive to feedback and direction
- Based in Paris and familiar with its fashion districts and key shopping areas
- Comfortable using messaging apps, cloud storage (Google Drive/Dropbox), and basic photo editing tools

This role is central to building trusted client relationships, managing orders end-to-end, and delivering exceptional service in line with our brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement
- Assist clients virtually through Respond.io in a timely, professional, and service-driven manner.
- Handle pricing requests, product knowledge inquiries, and resolve customer issues.
- Provide shipping updates, order confirmations, and after-service follow-up.
- Proactively engage in suggestive selling and outreach to drive sales.
Sales & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering long-term loyalty.
- Stay current on fashion and luxury market trends to provide knowledgeable recommendations.
- Conduct follow-up on pending and closed orders to ensure accuracy and client satisfaction.
Operational Coordination
- Communicate with vendors on pricing inquiries, order confirmations, and delivery updates.
- Ensure all orders are systematically and operationally correct in internal systems.
- Collaborate with logistics and sourcing to resolve any shipping or product issues.
- Stay updated with internal communication, product updates, and brand standards.
Skills & Attributes

- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple client needs.
- Excellent follow-up and attention to detail.
- Passion and knowledge of the luxury fashion industry.

Preferred Experience

- Familiarity with digital client communication tools (Respond.io, CRM systems, etc.).
- Proven success in sales, client development, or luxury customer service.
